Refund policy

We adhere to a 15-day return policy, providing you with a window of 15 days from the receipt of your item to request a return. Our return policy allows for exchanges in the event of receiving the wrong item or if the product incurred damage during shipping.

For exchanges, the quickest way to secure the desired item is to return the original purchase. Once your return is accepted, you can proceed to make a separate purchase for the new item.

To qualify for a return, given the nature of our products, the item must have been damaged during shipping.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
